- NOTE: By purchasing a product or products from GPS Systems, Inc. and using the login and systems on this website and www.gpstechnologies.net, you agree to abide by all pricing guide lines of GPS Systems, Inc., plus be responsible for results caused by your customized settings. GPS Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any product malfunctions due to incorrect or faulty installations, factory defects, outside service vendor policies or problems, or Government regulation or policy changes. Customers are responsible should they exceed their selected air-time plan. Fees for early termination of service plans are applicable.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All shipments to a deliverable street address will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders to be shipped to a Post Office box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. There will be no refunds for undelivered orders to P.O. boxes as there is no method of order tracking Post Office shipments.
- Warranties
- All hardware is sold with a (1) one year guarantee from date of purchase. There is no guarantee on services or installation. All warranties begin on date of shipment.
- Return Policy
- GPS Systems, Inc. provides a 30 day return for non-working units only. No product may be returned for credit without prior return authorization from GPS Systems, Inc. Any product returned that has been damaged by the user, mis-used, improperly installed or cared for will not be credited. Contact 847-277-7942 for return authorization prior to returning non-working product.
